At Finesse Studio, we take great pride in offering premium 18K gold plated, anti-tarnish jewellery that is carefully sourced and quality-checked before dispatch. Every order is packed securely to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
No Return / No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review product details and size information carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy for Damaged Items
Refunds are only provided in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a refund:

You must record an unedited opening video of the package from the moment the parcel is sealed to the full product reveal.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, unboxing process, and the damage.

No refund request will be accepted without the opening video.
How to Request a Refund
If you receive a damaged item:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at finessestudioin@gmail.com.

Include your order number and opening video.

Our team will review your video and update you within 3–5 working days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund
We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Missing opening video or edited/paused/unboxing video.

Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Change of mind / dislike / size issues.

Items reported as damaged without proper proof.
