Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Duration

Once processed, orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 5-12 days depending upon the cities.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or operational challenges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers may apply during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier makes an attempt to deliver and the delivery fails due to:

• Customer not available

• Incorrect address details

• Phone not reachable

The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and no refund or replacement will be issued. A reshipping fee may apply if you request re-dispatch.

We currently ship only within India.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Finesse Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Courier logistics issues

• Strikes, lockdowns, weather, or natural events

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

We will assist in tracking the shipment, but refunds will not be issued for delays.

Damaged Package & Refunds

If the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a refund only with an unedited opening video recorded from the moment the parcel is sealed.
